I use that (I have to hit it twice) to instantly heal myself back to full hp. It has saved me a couple times in both PvE and PvP.

Part of me says it is overpowered but the other says not really when there is a 6min CD on Void Shift.

Yeah, that's what I've heard a number of people using. Personally I'm using a focus macro something like:

#showtooltip Void Shift
/clearfocus [@focus,dead][@focus,harm]
/target pet
/focus [@focus,noexists]
/targetlasttarget
/cast [@focus]Void Shift

It's a sort of reworked Misdirection macro I had made for my hunter. Feel free to correct any errors here (not in game atm).

Here's a macro that should work whether or not you have Mindbender, shouldn't produce a bunch of error frame messages every time you use it, and doesn't have insane focus target voodoo for no reason:

You could also probably make a similar one for Void Tendrils, since you can cast Void Shift on those as well.

Shadowfiend automatically changes to mindbender so you don't need to specify mindbender specifically...
