Thats what it spit out for my legs, and the gem is actually 25int/25 haste. Maybe a bug? Not sure but hey thats why its beta :)
Good catch.
It was not calculating epic gems all the way through.
I believe I just fixed it, you can try it again to see if it is correct.

Can you calculate and insert into the breakdown summary your personal stat weights based on various external factors like vplc equipped changing crit, haste plateau levels changing haste, 4pc t13 changing mastery, etc.?

I Like a lot of the changes it simmed for me, I've been really on the fence about the whole mastery/crit arguemnets/sims. Ill try out what it suggests for our Sundays Ultraxion and see if I can get a lil higher. It did a few things that I thought were a lil different tho or maybe just bugs. It suspected that I put a 25 int/25 crit in my boots over a 25 int 25 haste gem. it also suggested that I put one of my jc gems in my shoulders over a yellow socket. But it did just put the first three items with a 67 int, not sure if it just does first three items to be arranged or what. Also it suggests that I put a 65 mastery on my gloves over a 50 haste, while the 50 haste puts me over 3202 haste for the extra initial dp tick. I know it's just a beta, and I thank you for doing so much work for the Community and for howtopirests.com, so I'm trying to help you out all I can with things that might not be in yet.

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/m ... e/advanced - armory

file:///C:/Users/Blake/AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$EX24.392/Drye-Breakdown.html - breakdown.

e- also goblin base stats might be a lil off, If I do everythign as it says to I would be 20 under hit in gmae, however the sheet says I would be perfectly hit capped. It also sometimes puts random epic gems in slots when auto fill epic gems is unchecked.

It could be the 3 hours of sleep I got last night or I'm just missing something. Ill look at it again later.

This was actually a bug, and I'm glad you caught it. It was an issue with epic gems being used and not resetting for additional sims. When I looked at your sim file, I noticed it put a "25int_20haste" on your pants and then a "25int_25crit" on your feet. It should have put "25int_25haste" on your pants and then "20int_20haste" on your boots. I have hopefully fixed this issue since then. :)

You are correct. Currently, gems are put into sockets just top to bottom (whichever item comes first), I'm sure I will eventually get around to suggesting which pieces to put them in.
As for the yellow socket -- when the program goes through your gear, it decides whether or not to go for the socket bonuses. If it doesn't meet a requirement, it pretends that it's a red socket instead (with no socket bonus).
Currently, it makes these decisions before seeing what haste cap you can reach. This seems to be an issue because using those "undesirable" slots for extra haste might end up bringing you to your next haste point (as seen in your sim).

The top section of each SIMBOT Breakdown is currently just fun facts about what you need and what you have. It is not the stats you end up with at the end of the final sim. The only part that matters is the "Reforging, Gemming, Enchants" and the "Summary". I can see how this may be misleading and I will eventually get to changing what/how information is displayed.

Drye wrote:It also sometimes puts random epic gems in slots when auto fill epic gems is unchecked.
The "Force Epic Gems" option forces the program to pretend you have all epic gems for sims AFTER your "Current DPS" sim. If this is not checked, it looks at how many epic gems you currently have (matches colors) and tries to match it for each sim.

I'm glad you understand it is the BETA and errors are pretty much expected. I am also glad you spoke up about your sim results. I need as much feedback like this as I can get to ensure I get the most accurate results! :)

There seems to be a few EU guilds missing. Bare with Zurie as he gets those added.

Now when I tried it, I chose to apply DI, and did not use focus magic or ask it to force gems.

Now the things I noticed:

Apparently, when you don't force epic gems, it seems to count the number of epic/non-epic gems you have, and then it fill gems slots in gear starting with epic gems, and then fills with non-epic.

In other words, I have epic gems in my cloak and boots, but when it back-filled, it placed the positions of those gems in my helm and neck. Simulation wise, the position really doesn't matter, so functionally its fine. That may be a cosmetic change for the future to keep gem positions from the profile.

Now, the original profile simmed at 36833 DPS, the after-profile was 36870.

The changes it made:
Change 66 mastery to 66 crit enchant in ring to 66 mastery to 66 spirit.
Reforge 61 spirit to 61 crit in my offhand.
In other words, it says convert 5 crit to 5 spirit.

I'm already at hitcap (4 hit over to be exact), and this change effectively should be a dps decrease. So this might be something to look into why it does it.

Lastly, it changes my lavawalker boot enchant to 50 haste, which I wouldn't necessarily recommend for raiding. So I might introduce an option to keep lavawalker on boots.

But otherwise, this program is starting to turn out really nice, keep up the good work.
