you're .42 over hit which is bad. Use wowreforge.com to get a better set up, you can easily gain more mastery. You are missing a head enchant. I was doing ~1.5+mil each tendon phase easily when we cares about it and were doing progression. I have no clue what I do now since I haven't reforged for the fight in months.
