If the one guy on your server that farmed the Hozen Peace Pipe for reputation is an enchanter, it should be available.

But that's a very unlikely scenario. I'm two daily sets short of revered with Shado Pan, the problem is i'm not an enchanter...

I've not done any extensive testing on Elemental Force. If it isn't bugged and procs fairly often, it might be a viable option. I don't know.

Windsong procs about once an hour or so. It's almost like the weapon isn't even enchanted.

Power Torrent is still very strong and reliable.

As of this moment, I'd say it's a toss between Power Torrent or Elemental Force, depending on how often EF procs and how much DPS it producses.

It must be great for people on low pop severers to get those and not fight 20 people for a spawn.

I've been using elemental force while leveling until I get jade spirit. It does proc fairly often, but I haven't noticed if it procs on DoTs.

I'm just switching to power torrent, it's still a really good enchant. We also got a a dev response on the post I made, saying they were working on fixing it.

The latest information in the beta thread was:

- 1 PPM on direct casts for Windsong
- 5 PPM on direct casts for elemental force

I just had EF on Stone Guards - it was beyond horrible. It did 22k over the whole fight (which was about 7 minutes). That would put it at a lovely 1 PPM...

Both of the enchants are garbage currently, go with Power Torrent until Jade Spirit is available.

Honestly - i do not even know what they were thinking when they were designing (or reworking - the beta Windsong version was good) those two enchants. While Weapon enchants shouldn't be a huge DPS increase, they should at least be noteable.

Yeah, looking at Elemental force on a dummy... its pretty bad. In 3 minutes of DPS, I didn't see it proc once. Procs like a fiend when I melee though...

Don't feel bad... Infusing heartsong until jade spirit is available. Eeew
