[H2P] How to use the Tier 13 4-piece set bonus.

Just an update to an earlier post in this discussion.

At 3202 haste (I'm almost exactly there right now), you can comfortably fit in 4 mind spikes plus 2 ticks of a mind flay inbetween each Mind Blast. The Mind Blast may not line up perfectly, the last one always gets 3 orbs, so even though there's a minor delay, the timing still lines up.

Withe heroism/bloodlust, or the insignia trinket procced, you can get 5 + a mind flay.

I am seeing amazing burst with this rotation...upwards of 45k on dummies. But the problem for me is...As soon as I finish the opener and return to dots (normal rotation)...My dps drops to 26.5k/27.5k and stays there (again, on dummies). Am I doing something wrong? I'm at 402 ilvl...here's my armory link below. My DPS should be higher with my gear no? Only thing I can see that is really screwing me over is my trinkets. Other than that, Can anyone tell me whats going on?
