so im having a problem, ever since the patch was released i've had some problems with my dps,
I can get about 35 k burst dps but only around 27 - 29k sustainable dps if thats how u write it.

right now im trying a crit build, didnt really work out for me as it didnt change very much

any help is appreciated guys

Every item should have haste on it, and if it doesn't it should be reforged into it - ring, shoulders.

Reforge out all mastery (ring).

I would change Glyph of Levitate for Mind Flay.

Any logs?

Alright i tried fixing the rings and shoulder,
im a bit over hit cap, my haste is 3141 and crit is 1048.
This did not really increase my dps, it actually made my dps worse by about 1k.

and about the logs, i havent raided for a few weeks now and i am really new to the logs so i dont understand how to find them etc.. yah im a newb to this.

how much are you guys dps on dummies? am i really low or are shadow priest just crap at dummies atm?

My gear is very close to yours. With no buffs other then inner fire I am stuck at 32-33K on 10mill dmg dummy run. I am not able to get any further, but I did improve after setting up my auras and spell warnings and eliminating time waste (time between the spell casts) and cutting MFl.

Get your haste to 3151 and reforge to crit. ReforgeLite is a great addon. For this. Make sure that you set your stat weights. By default mast>crit which is the opposite.

I think you meant 3051, right? It was my understanding that the 30.01% breakpoint for level 85 was at 3051, not 3151.

In my opinion, get to 3051 Haste then stack either Haste or Crit. ... Personally, I'm stick stacking Haste (but not on purpose).

thanks for the help, ill raid ds today so ill see how it goes, it helped a bit with haste at around 3040, and then i went crit. will post again when im done how it went
