Long time reader, first time poster. I am in need a of some help or suggestions. I am currently in between haste caps and my dps is horrid. I've never been this far off from the rest of the raid. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't gem with Haste-only, or Haste/Spirit gems when you cannot reach 8085. Currently you are at 6500 and there is a long way to 8085. Regem to Intellect/Haste and Intellect/Spirit or Pure Intellect. Also, put Lightweave on your cloak, and enchant the bracers (and belt?). And the staff, Hit->Spirit is a no-no, go for Mastery->Haste.

ToF is somewhat useless for the first 2 bosses in MV. I'd go with DI. And 50k for Will of the Emperor is kind of low, I think. Are you sure you are multidotting everything there? Always have dots rolling on the 2 emperors and the Strenghts. I personally MS/MB the Courage because of the fast nukeage that goes onto him.
