trying to get haste to 30%...need some guidance.

I'm trying to get my haste up to 30%. I will attach my armory and i'm looking for the best way to obtain this goal of mine. First, is it even possible with what I have? any advice would be great. thank you in advance as well.

Some things I noticed from your armory:
Get rid of that Dream Emerald. Put a Purified in that blue socket. Int/Spirit > Haste/Hit.
Put Greater Mastery on your gloves and Lavawalker on your boots.

the 30% seems to pop up alot of places that I read, although, you're right and it doesn't really seem obtainable. I have another question...if haste is so important, why does mastery on the gloves trump haste? I have the same question to the feet...why does mastery trump haste? I'll fix the socket. Thanks for the audit man. I just came back to the game recently after a 4 yr hiatus. alot has changed, so i'm soaking everything up that is important. thanks

You go lavawalker cause of the movement increase

the 30% haste threshold (2nd VT tick)includes buffs. So 2589 rating without DI and 2141 with it. The 3202 number for IDP to hit harder does NOT include buffs meaning its just a straight 25% haste from gear.

Though buffs weren't mentioned, so I assumed she meant unbuffed.
