I thought so. I was not 100% when looking at it with the +465 straight up Spellpower gain.

Is it due to a long CD? I am trying to learn so I can figure it out myself.

The int gain is higher dps gain than the haste proc gain, just math.

I was not sure how to work the numbers for the Will of Unbinding, 78 Int that can stack 10 times for 10 seconds, but it does not say what the CD, is, compared to the Insignia, a flat +406 intellect increase with a chance to increase Haste by 2573 for 20 seconds.

I know I can just look at the master list for BiS priority, but I am trying to learn why some things are better given certain circumstances.

I mean we were telling people not to get Bottled Wishes for a long time, but now its good to have for certain fights.

There is no CD on Will of Unbinding stacks.

Each time you cast a spell you gain a stack, up to 10 stacks. If you don't cast anything for 10 seconds any stacks you have will fall off. Other than that though if you're constantly casting you will never lose that max buff once it's fulled stacked, it will just keep refreshing the 10 second duration on the 10 stacks. It's essentially 780 'static' int on the LFR version (minus the few seconds at the beginning of a fight where you need to get it stacked up, and minus any times where it might fall off mid-fight).
