Hey, As the title mentions im after a gear check, basically ive just started raid again so my gear is pretty meh.. feel free to give advice on what i should change wither it be spec/gear/gem's..
Im raiding with a 25 man guild and im from what i see most of them are BiS but even so i feel my dps is lacking..

Way to hit 17% hit right on the nose :)

I am not sure why you reforged hit to spirit on your back though. Just a bit of a waste of golds.

I have to hate you a little for having NF :p

Overall you look good to me, I don't think you need to change anything gear/specwise. If you are thinking you are doing less dps than you should and you have a log or two you could link them. If there is anything you need to work on it probably is DoT uptimes, casting MB on CD, and/or proc management.

I'd switch your gloves and boot enchants to 50 haste. Or if you're going to use Mastery to gloves at least use 65 not 50.

Not that it matters but you could've saved yourself some gold by doing the Sanctified Spellthread Embroidery that only costs 3 Eternium Thread and gives the same enchant as the Powerful Ghostly Spell Thread for Tailors :P

Ok so ive gotten some more gear since i did this check, and currently im 37 away from the haste plateau.. ive tried reforging to squeeze out enough to hit the plateau but im unable to.. if someone has any advice that would be great but from where i see it i think i have to wait till i some more gear..

Would it be worth it if i switch out a Intell Gem and put in a Intell+Haste Gem?

Once again feel free to comment

You could change gems or just the wrist enchant to get enough haste to reach 30%.
I'm fairly sure that would be dps gain, but you should try to resolve that "bad" situation asap. It's not optimal to trade Intellect for Haste Rating, but only if you're close to 30%, it should be a dps gain.

Try getting Domo's Necklace. That should give you enough haste to get up to 30% without potentially having to lose Intellect by gemming or enchanting.
