Shadow Priest: Mooncloth vs Satin

I know that in previous expansions it was better to get 4 pieces of mooncloth for the healing set pieces and 1 piece of satin. is this still true with the new set bonuses?

Because the mooncloth set longer gives shield-freedom, and the satin 4-piece is dispel protection.

As the man said, Satin is your dispel protection. Is it important? Sort of. Is it itemized better then Mooncloth? Yes.
