I have been running without my favorite Holy talent lately. Body and Soul is almost useless in Dragon Soul. There are very little opportunities to take advantage of the speed boost. Warmaster and Morchok are the only ones where it could be helpful, but even then. I have been trying out where to put those 2 extra points that are left over because of not taking Body and Soul. I like Surge of Light, but its still very lackluster. I have also been playing around with Blessed Resilience and going a full 3 points into Darkness. I haven't made my decision yet, still playing around. :)

(I'm talking about normal DS, as I have not yet had a chance to full complete Heroic DS)

With Holy, you spec the few floating points we have based on what the fight you are progressing on needs.

SoL and Blessed Resil (if you make the most out of it) will guarantee you an hps increase. Blessed Resil is a bit less "random" than Surge as it should be guaranteed to proc on almost every fight in DS.

Body and Soul is highly situational. I find it great for H Hagara to speed boost a melee around after they run in for a dispel (ranged dps stay in middle the entire time). Its also great for Warmaster for that player who is just too far away to make it to the swirly in time.

The PvP Shadow spec is completely off. I don't know who would use that build in PvP. First off, Veiled Shadow is almost mandatory. Shadowfiend is a DPS cooldown and gives well needed mana back. Fade is used quite often in PvP to kite melee.

SW:P is a small part of our damage in PvP and the two points for it is better put elsewhere, such as in Improved Mind Blast.

I would take full points in Harnessed Shadows because 3 Orb Mind Blast hurt.

Mental Agility<Improved Power Word: Shield. In arena you will find yourself shielding yourself quite often and even team mates.

You also need to glyph Dispersion and due to the state of rogues I would recommend glyphing Inner Fire.

That's great and all, but the shadow section hasn't been updated in a year and probably won't be since we're at the end of the expansion. We don't have much of a pvp following so it's never been a priority.
