CoP Stat Priority

Good evening fellow priests! <buys beers all around>

Ok, now that we are good and drunk let the discussion begin.

History
I have played as a priest in all its forms since the very start of BC, when i was intro'd to the game. Until this latest xpack i have always played shadow the standard way using dots and all but with CoP i decided to roll a 'nuke-priest'. Im having fun with it, though its a simple rotation and holy crap the execution phase is awesome, insta-boom crazy.
Now after deciding to roll that spec i did some research as to what my stat priority should be. I checked icy-vein and saw that the stats for CoP Single Target, Traditional is what i want (Int>Spell>Mast>Multi>Crit>Haste>Versa). I've been following that so far but i saw that the guide here on H2P with info from the same guy, Twintop, says differently.
So far things are working out fine but after looking at what the LFR for BRF has for gear drops and some other items i can get my hands on, should i keep pursuing gear that has MAS/Multi for stats? Is there such a thing as too much Mastery? Should i grab Multi/Crit gear like the necklace im wearing as the alt to Mas/Multi? Is haste even really worth getting with this spec, is so is there a softcap percentage?

Here is my armory(as you can see pushing 70% mastery as it is which means in raids im up near 100% if there is no cap on it): http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/arygos/Sarkli/simple
**EDIT** The armory im assuming is showing PTR stats because im currently at 51% base mastery and around 70% in raids.

My dps isnt suffering terribly for only having 645 ilevel (sitting between 17-20k for all fights in HM so far) CTRL+mouse wheel is zoom for chrome at least

Mate, you typed up a long post so you're obviously not illiterate. Maybe try reading the rest of the site before blaming people? There are tons of threads on this very topic, so many that it's warranted its own thread in the B&C-forum.

Probably because everyone is fucking tired of answering this question 100 times a day. When the answer is in the guide stickied at the top. How about looking for your answer before complaining that no one is helping you.

Taken right from the FAQ listed in the topic you linked

Why are you listing gem X gems instead of gems Y or Z?
With Warlords of Draenor, gems are only pure secondary stats. Whichever gem has the highest PP value for that list type is what is used for computing overall value.

I'm just locking any thread asking about stat weights that is an already answered question. If you cant be bothered to read 2 paragraphs no one can be bothered to help you.
