t13 4p bonus vs. best in slot

Hi guys,

i am pretty new here but guess this is the right panel for my question.
i´ve made me thoughts about the t13 p4 benifit and if it´s better then using best in slot items by just keeping the p2 benefit. What do you think about that? Has anybody calculated it? Thank´s for help.

Kilee and twintop have both done the math and you need 4pc 10000% never choose random gear over it. Kilee has done the math in his guide and twintop has done it in his bis guide
