Whats the question? Its rather simple... but I probably can quickly crunch something... you mean like Price of Progress vs Fruit Barrel; which is worth the most regen? I can calc that quickly (and did)... PoP wins at 551MP5, while the barrel is at 423mp5... the barrel does have more, equalized, intellect however.

Progress is much better. The vial is only worth ~399 mp5 while PoP is at ~550.

Well, my math shows that Price of Progress may not be that good for discs: while it may have more self manaregen, it has no spirit and so - no effect on Rupture.
For example, if you'he managed to have the Rupture proc even once during 20 sec of Vial of Ichorous Blood proc, it would add 265 mp5 to the trinket. As for Empty Fruit Barrel, it seems to have additional 318 mp5, if you can proc Rupture at least once every 20 sec.

After FINALLY getting a barrel to drop and d/e'ing the shit out of my vial last night I woke up to read this post this morning. Does Sot's math check out? How bad was PoP nerf? I can't really afford a deck right now so if anyone could help me figure out the best two dungeon regen trinkets for disc I'd really appreciate it. I assumed it was:

PoP? > 847 > 4241*20/120=707

Reviewing logs, the nerf was over a week ago... its still about 500 MP5

I guess I don't understand the conversion to combat mp5. This post says confidently vial is vastly superior? Just doesn't make sense to me.

Vial is 4341 spirit for 20 sec on a 120 sec CD. So thats worth 724 spirit or 408 mp5 and its an 'on use' so you have to remember to use it on CD.
