Completly off-topic bitch and moan thread

Completly off-topic bitch and moan thread

Postby Arlee » 17 Aug 2012, 11:20

Went to see a specialist about my wrist (I hurt it two weeks ago) and she wants me to get an MRI done... and apparently it is likely that I will have to get a cast on it and it is also likely that I will still have the cast on for my wedding.

On the one hand, it's sort of hilarious but I feel like perhaps it's that special kind of funny that is only funny because if you don't laugh you'll cry...

Be sure to get the cast done in one of your wedding's colors and have people sign it at the wedding in a sharpie that is another of your wedding's colors. :-D

Yeah turn it into a keepsake. Long after your frozen cake is gone you'll still have a plaster guest book hanging around.

As a guy who's dislocated both shoulders over 20 times a piece: it's not that hard to pop it back in. (not a trained medical professional's advice) Grab your elbow, bring it in tight to your side, square it up, push up on it then ram your shoulder into something really solid like a door frame.

It's fairly violent but finesse is not what pops a shoulder back in.

In general though if you haven't done it before I would recommend going to at least a clinic and have them pop it back in because you can screw it up with bad consequences.
