Intellect to Spell Crit Conversion

Does anyone know how much intellect is required to gain 1% crit? Using my paperdoll is giving me wonky answers.

Per SimulationCraft source, it is 2533.6636 Intellect = 1% Spell Crit for a level 90 Priest

Plugged it in:

My character tab gives me 220+13768 = 13988 int (Increases Spell Critical Hit by 6.76%)

13988/2533.663574218750000 = 5.52%

Hrm....

12880/2533.663574218750000 = 5.08% (says 6.32)

The base crit chance for a priest is 1.24%, and blizzard has included it in the benefit from int space?

I guess. 1.24% ties out with SimC, too. That's just a strange way to represent it.
