Went over the guides (haste, talents, etc) think I've got those pretty good.
My main curiosity is whether I need to fix my gemming/reforges (reforgelite seems to work quite well, though), and if any of my glyphs should be adjusted.

Although you are reaching the haste breakpoint, I'd advise you to redo the gemming. You are sacrifising 300 intellect just from socket bonuses and then another 180 if you socket with the correct gems. This seems to me as a great strech just to get 1 additional tick. Try your best to get the trinket from Elegon, either LFR or Normal mode. Blow your bonus roll coins on that untill you get it. It is a nice Haste boost, but intill you get it, I wouldn't advise you to try and reach the breakpoint the way you are now.

Yeah wasn't quite sure. Hopefully I can manage to get a run in and down elegon and have it drop. I wasn't fully sure on whether or not to just fully gem haste.. though would it possibly be fine for sockets bonuses that aren't intel?

Well, the way I see it, socket bonuses for:
1. 120/180 Intellect
2. 60 intellect
3. Some secondary stat

Always go for (1), no matter.
For (2) and (3) it depends on whether you will reach a plateau or not. If you cant reach a plateau even when you gem pure haste, then Always go for (2). If the socket is favorable, then go for (3).

Going off that then, it looks like if I just put an energized gem (160/160 spirit/haste) gem in the helm, I should be fine with the rest of the gems.. as I should be at the second plateau still.

I agree, having that extra intellect will do more for you then the extra tick will. I wouldnt be willing to sacrifice more then 250 to 300 intellect to make the breakpoint, especially considering you don't have much spellpower atm.
