You look like you are doing things mostly right there. The only thing which stands out to me is you go for the socket bonuses when the bonus is +10 intellect. In general it is a good idea to only go for the socket bonus if the bonus is +20 intellect. Also if you can get the 4th Tier piece that would help as well. Those are the only things that I see. :)
