Not taking FDCL if using DTR?

I read somewhere that most people wont be taking FDCL if they have the legendary because of false procs?

Can anyone confirm this, or shed some light? (Ohh light, joke, get it ;p)

I also have heroic rath but the normal offhand so I'm not sure if its worth using those in order to use FDCL.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

If DTR procs on FDCL free mind spike, the proc will wipe your dots. It's not worth taking FDCL if you have DTR.

I have to admit I was wondering that myself, but being as I only have the normal offhand from Ultra to go with my heroic Rath I didn't think it would be worth it.

I dont' think it will. I was noticing last night that double-proc Mind Blasts also generate extra shadow orbs.

I haven't done any testing yet, but I'm also wondering if you can double-proc Devouring Plague.

I think double proc sw:d also generates extra orbs. I know there were a few times last night where I would have one orb up and then suddenly I'd have three, so I think something is going on there.
