Heroic Insignia imo.

Cunning of the Cruel is so good. Use it for AoE fights. Use Insignia the rest of the time.

I assume Will of Unbinding is your other trinket.

HC insignia for sure, but once you get normal cunning replace it asap, cunning is crazy!
