It's likely 1080p before you upload it, but when you take a 20Gb fraps file, compress it to be 2 Gb file then YouTube re-renders it, the quality degrades a lot and you come up with 720p. If you use Windows Movie Maker's or Sony Vegas' direct YouTube upload options it will do a better job of preparing your video for YouTube than most other options and allows for better results by preventing re-re-re-rendering of the original media.

I use virtualdub because im cheap. Its set for a 1080p profile but it just doesn't come out that way.

I use virtualdub also, but I import from virtualdub and use WMM YouTube upload tool because it's built specifically to lose as little quality as possible allowing me to upload 1080p videos. If you use the YouTube upload tool itself, you'll have to find the needle in the haystack of which codec YouTube doesn't take a giant shit on.

I might add that Shannox is a hell of a lot easier now that they nerfed the damage from the pounce thing. And now that dbm is all ZOMG TRAP ON ME. Way too easy imo...

The raw video that you dropbox'd me is 720, but the one I put on youtube is 1080.

Actually I play on a (ballin') laptop so... my resolution is... a whopping 1280x800. Which may also be why it seems small?

I record fraps at 30fps full-size. I think if I go over 30fps I can't smoosh with with DivX, and it'll also be freakin massive. My laptop will go -ded- This would be a very sad thing /caress
