Razer Naga. Half of my spells (not used often) use to not have keybinds until I invested in a Razer Naga. A gaming mouse with a lot of easy-to-access buttons is a huge asset.

Bit of cleaning up. Still can't seem to figure out how to make the Table of Contents indent nicely but perhaps someone else can spiff it up.

Will update a few more things and hopefully find time to link to glyphs, enchants, etc. so their tooltips will be displayed. Possibly talents/spells on their first mention as well for quick reference.

Speak up about inconsistencies, mispellings or complete failure on my part ^.^

Ok first off, I'm epixheals of shattered hand...for the horde of course.
Announcing that I'd first like to say that I've been playing a priest for 5 years now, I'm no "pro" but I do top hps charts of every encounter that I'm in 5-25 man dungeons and raids. I average around 18-25k hps. I am a holy priest, I've been seeing posts about haste over mastery, and I must say it's what fits your playstyle, if you are an ape raid heals like I am, I disagree with haste. The reason being poh, coh and your aoe holy word heal and hot 6 ( if your glyphed for coh) if not the entire raid (holyword/poh) only one of these that is not instant cast is poh, that being said. My first prioritys are exactly as follows, very rarely with Any exceptions. Drop lightwell 30-60 seconds before fight, click chakra before fight, let it chill until encounter starts, throw pom on tank to activate your holy word drop holy word where the Majority of players are, most time in ds they are stacked in a tight enough radius to hit everyone but a stray. (if you have a 4 peice set for ds, it extends the duration of you holywords. Making the down time waiting for cd to reset on holyword, like 5 seconds, damn near spam able.) afterwards I watch and coh, or poh, throw renews like crazy ( even renew adds additional hot if your glyphed and talented it is very wise) always have hots on 8/10 players if not 10/10 and mastery only increases the hots strength. And if for whatever reason people need extra heals, it is ok to throw a flash, heal, or greater to them, just keep your aoes going at same time and or afterwards. As for pots I use conc myself, and as for this debate over veiled shadows, it is worth it, I use my shadow fiend 2 times every fight, use it at start of fight only a minute in, so yes you can go "wild" with heals for first part, shadow fiend then arcane torrent every time it's up, I get anywhere from 3-4 of these in per fight. As they said, before you use your hymn or conc pot, CALL it out!!! Thanks guys hope thus has helped check me out on shatt hand horde side, epixheals is the name.

Renew isn't really recommended outside of phases of light damage when healing in Chakra: Sanctuary. In addition, renew benefits most from haste and crit, not mastery as only divine touch applies an EoL tick, not the HoT portion of Renew.

When healing in Chakra: Serenity, one should apply Renew before a direct heal, but not necessarily anywhere near blanketing the raid (thinking of 10 man spine healing by applying renew to debuffed players and refreshing its duration with single target heals). In this scenario Renew loses even more to Mastery because you aren't continuously recasting it as you would in Sanctuary.

I agree with Ashley, on the rare occassion that I am Holy, the only time I Renew is if I'm moving and PoM/CoH are on cooldown

Well...I regret posting my previous. The reason why is because my mind has been dead set on mastery, thinking it was the end all be all, very close minded and foolish yes, but a very valuable lesson learned. Thursday night raid progression, before the raid I actually reforged everything to haste ( until I hit 12.5). And then continued into mastery. That being said, it actually bOosted my hps by a Phenomenal amount, on ultra I normally do around 23-25k hps 19-20 before crystal....Thursday night, I was an amazing 27k before buff, 30 afterwards. I know it is a very high jump in hps and normally I would call it a fluke, but we were rotating out some dps. And wiped a few times to many...needless to say it was consistent the entire time. Even on war master I saw an increase In hps. That being said it is a valuable lesson learned, and I will remain haste > mastery.

Glad to hear you saw an improvement! :)

Just took a quick look at your armory. I notice you are going way past the 12.5% rating. Remember, this does take into account talent points in Darkness (ideally 3/3) as well as 5% buffs in your raid group from Shadow Priests, Balance Druids, or Wrath of Air Totem.

Larger breakdown of the Haste rating you need to achieve 12.5% rating for your particular raid scenario (i.e. 2/3 Darkness, no 5% Haste) can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=103#iHasteValues

In your case since you are at 1/3 Darkness you would only need 780 Haste rating to obtain the additional Renew tick (with 5% spell Haste in your raid). You currently have double that so your Mastery could be higher if you really wanted it to be :)

Check out my armory. I'm 3/3 Darkness and have 5% spell haste in raids. I'm still way over the threshold for Renew just because T13 has so much Haste on all the pieces - which is ok! Haste is still a great stat, just not the stat I choose to stack.

after reading all , im still not sure how to reforge , i've seen h priests that prefer haste (as much as possible) others have that cap 12,5 %, and stack mastry , is it possible in plain english what is the best wayto do reforge , my toon is Priesterin @ ghostlands, plx take a look if you guys know how to improve my healing skillz
