Its viable. It's more of an rng gear set up. I know a lot of people prefer haste> mastery due to how the stat works. But these lists are are very close in dps, it just comes down to a preference of which stat you want.

I was just going with Highest Int Value. Are the Tier Gloves and Alysrazor Legs better than Tier Legs and Rag Gloves?

I don't know the exact numbers, but I do know they are really close. With getting close and closer to BIS, you get to that 6000 int value, so our secondary stats such as haste/mastery become more valuable and rank higher.

Trying to scoot away from Heroic Rag loot.. I am also a backup healer which is why you see hit being reforged into spirit. ^_^ the helm will probably never drop, but if it does I might snatch it up

With the rag trinket looking like it might be new BIS trinket(numbers have yet to be confirmed) I might switch to going: http://chardev.org/?profile=218812
because of the higher crit % and the main reason I was going with legs over gloves as the off piece was to attain the new DP thresh hold and w/o DMC:V you can no longer do that.
