4 orb CoP Rotation

As the title says, could someone please help me with the 4 orb rotation? I see a lot of the mastery build priests that stream (Hesp), using it and I'm not entirely sure how it works or why it works. If you are unsure of what I mean you can check his stream HespTV, and just watch past broadcasts. He essentially builds 4 orbs before going into an insanity rotation every time and I just don't understand it haha.
I think he goes on 4 orbs, so that you can do two insanity rotations back to back without having to channel mind flay to refresh your mental fatigure. So he DPs on 4 orbs, does the normal insanity rotation, then he DPs again on 3orbs or a 2nd insanity rotation, then he builds back to 4 orbs while refreshing the mental fatigue with 1 mind flay channel. Does this sound right?

I think that last picture might have a bit of a typo. The red arrow might should loop back to 3, instead of 4.
In any case, basically the reason for it is that it only fills with one Mind Flay every cycle. It's the most efficient rotation for the mastery build.
I think you need a certain amount of haste. I heard someone say it's about 1100 or so. I mean... you should know right away if you try to do it.
Speaking of, I really need to sit down and write an APL that mimics this play style.

And yes, there is a typo. Just practice the rotation and you'll find it.

I don't see why MB is before SF in the first one. It brings it back on a Mind Blast GCD, the second time you get three orbs to be precise. Moving it forward one GCD allows you to get it before the MB, which is just better CD usage. Plus it gets the debuff up quicker, and delays the initial MB that one GCD to make it more certain it fits inside the ring if it is used on pull.
And for the normal sequence. That Mind Flay doesn't need to be strictly where it is. You can trade any Mind Spike for it, and I'd suggest moving it one GCD back to make it less of a hurry to keep the debuff up when you go into your first Insanity section.

That's not overly useful. If you know it, pass it along. I'm sure I'll find it easily enough when I sit down and run through this before raid tonight, but when I'm away from my computer a response like that is just needlessly teasing and dare I say frustrating.

I've been working on an update to the RoW section in my guide, and I will take that into account.

So actually, there you go. It's literally right there in Kilee's comment.
Additionally, the only people capable of using this rotation are in the 740's with near BiS gear. If a person at that ilvl cannot figure out that simple typo, then perhaps they need to stick to the haste rotation.

Why do you say it's only doable by people in near BiS? There's no haste breakpoint, I was able to use it pretty effectively on Archie progress yesterday.
