Legendary choice question

Finally, tonight, I got Velen's Future Sight, and now I'm only missing Xalan the Feared's Clench to have a full set. It does, however, cause a dilemma: which legendary do I use?

Obviously Velen's is one which will be used regardless, but for the second?

Since 7.2 came out I've been running with Prydaz and Skjoldr primarily, as the extra buffer to PW:S seemed a lot more practical than the other choices I had. Now though?

Should I stick with Prydaz for the extra personal safety or share the love, so to speak, with Skjoldr?
Also which of the two do you think would add more to my HPS? Prydaz's shield or the extra 15% for every PW:S?

Finally, if/when I do get the gloves... would they be better than either of the two above?

Edit: Just finished reading the latest PTR patch notes and (if things don't get changed again) it seems our choices might be even more open, given that Plea now has a set cost and doesn't seem to scale with the number of Atonements making the chest piece significantly more useful... That's for another time though, I guess.
