Keep Solace and PoM(not glyphed) on cd, Divine star the same moment he is doin' Deafening Screech. Just to get out as much heals as possible and ofcourse your Divine Aegis is a clean bonus for the upcoming Screech.
I like to combine AA with Divine Star, with a little luck your intellect(UVLS is amazing on this fight) trinket proccs wich gives you a really strong AE heal.
To fill up between those 15sec I use Binding Heal with the glyph, time it good and it won't be any problem at all to be silenced.
Inner Focus + Spirit Shell + AA, Is atleast 2 cast's with PoH.

Only hard part is the 2nd time with the bats. With Vigil, AG, Rallying, Spiritlink, RShaman and Ele Shaman HTT, Devotion aura for both healing and dps usage makes it not such a cblock. We spend a ton of CDs on P2 w/ bats.
Using Solace-Twist-DI. DI as he does his acceleration, so it first heals up low people and then re-heals afterwards.
Fit in PoM when one or no stacks are left, along with Solace and a clipped Penance on cd for wings.
Timed Shield for hastebuff - IF/AA/SS/Berserking/PoH really shines hereas well.
We end each phase with either Barrier or SLT.
All learning to use Healthstones, use personals well and plan each healing phase well is key to downing him. Once a grp gets the handle on the 2nd phase with the bats he's close to be killed. Normal dmg, the bats and the annoying poison debuffs that needs dispelling is by fare the hardest part of the fight. Bring three healers if you don't have a shadowpriest or Disc for mass dispelling. Single dispels throughout that phase is just a pain in the butt.
Make sure Thok is healing debuffed for when he heals up and have boomkins and hunters fight for purging the jailer asap, also makes it a lot easier.
We used Angry Assignments to setup the cd rotation during each healing phase and I can only recommend that addon.

we just heal all the players, and then, the shadowpriest dies... all the time.
we tried 2/3 heal setups and were able to obtain 23 stacks in p1(didnt change whether we 2 healed or 3 heald him ^^) but always there were one or two dead players (most of the time the rshaman or the shadow, they seem specially vulnerable to the deafening screech...)
of course we "chain" CDs like SpS, BoP, devo, smoke, embrace etc.
the talent choice for me is ToF,DS,Solace.
mostly i heal with PoM,PW:S,DS,penance, solace (these are not interuptable if i cancel penance before the screech hits) and otherwise i use PoH or BH (whether i have IF,Devo or BoP up)
would you suggest 1 or 2 tanks and 2 or 3 heal? (we can pick from: tanks: DK, druid, monk, warrior(offspec); healer: Disc,Pally, Druid or offspec ele-->resto, shadow-->holy)
should i use the 4pct16 bonus, even if i have to give up my heroic shoulders/helmet?
i appreciate your he(a)lp in advance ;-)
best regards, Z

As for the latter, just using your raid cds isn't enough. It also matters when you use them. The reason being that a single screech will be enough to push the phase if everyone is stacked. Here is my thought process when working out our raid cd rotation.
1. Split the raid into 2-3 groups that are close enough to get aoe heals, but spread enough that it won't push the phase. A triangle formation on the edges of healing rain are perfect for this.
2. Start with your weakest healing cds first (ie. HTT)
3. Then use your strongest healing cds, with a HoP if necessary (ie. tranq, hymn)
4. Then use your devos along with your low effective health cds (ie. SLT, rally cry, demo banner, personal cds)
5. When those end, wait for the next screech to go out. Use something to reliably top everybody off and stack up in one spot (ie. revival, multiple divine stars, healthstones)
6. Chain your strongest mitigation cds (ie. barrier, smoke bomb)
Once your mitigation cds run out, you will automatically push the phase on the next screech. There should be a minimal chance of somebody dying this way.
This assumes using a 3 heal comp. If you're only using 2 heals, you might want to overlap some of the steps and push the phase sooner.
Your spriest should not be having issues surviving this. Make sure he is glyphed for inner fire, and he can use dispersion if he drops very low for some reason. He should also be helping by using divine star if he isn't already. Survival > dps, especially since this fight is not much of a dps check.
I would just use the heroic pieces instead of the 4pc unless you have a HoP to make full use of SS. Even then that is a tertiary concern to your raid comp and cd rotation.

Can you post the logs for this kill? My team has a similar healer make-up and could benefit from a deeper look at what you guys did. THX.
I would take anybodys logs from a Heroic Thok 10m kill that employed two healers as well - THX.

We tried a lot of different setups during progression, from 1/3/6 to 2/2/8 but we felt that this way (2/4/4) is best for our comp. Our main tank (prot warr) was soaking most of the stacks which granted him high vengeance and DPS.
We have also struggled a lot with screech phase with bats (our 2nd one), thus we decided to save bloodlust for this very phase so we could burn bats faster. We are using almost all of our cooldowns except HTT and SLT in 1st and 3rd screech phases so BL helped us a lot with healing aswell.
Pretty tough boss, but as long as you have your CD's sorted and people aren't dying to stupid things like fixate, it's a kill.
Played disc, used MB, ToF and DS.

That's with a disc priest, a druid and a shaman. Only slightly worse with a monk instead of the shaman.

My guild uses the same exact build as far as healing comp as yours it seems (druid, shaman, disc). What sort of healing CD rotation do you use, and at what point in acceleration do you guys start chaining CDs?
