5-healed with druid, shaman and 2x paladin.
3 tanks because of p1, one on each side and one in the middle, picking all the security guards.
P1 is the phase where we wiped a lot, mostly due to DPS and random personal mistakes. Healing is rather intense for other healers (paladins and shaman peaking 65k+ HPS), it was rather frustrating to see raid members dying while you're MC'ing the engineer :D
As for the MC: You should be able to always pop 4 bombs during 1 MC cast and as long as players on your side pick bombs from the ground, there's no need for more than 3 MC casts (3x4 bombs).
Single MC sequence looks like this:
MC -> Bomb -> 3x Electrocute -> Bomb -> 3x Electrocute -> Bomb -> 3x Electrocute -> Bomb -> Release
Always try to release engineer from MC near the tank so he can easily aggro.
There's not much time to cast spells and heal in between the MC's, just pop as much PW:S as you can, pop Cascade and hardcast PoM. Yes, PoM is really strong throughtout the whole fight, and is VERY good for at least some output while you're channeling MC.
Easiest phase in my opinion. You should no longer be handling the MC's, let your shadow priests do the job.
Raid is mostly stacked, tank damage = zero, so focus on pre-shielding before blasts and PW:S people with Volatile Fire aswell. Continue to use PoM.
I'd also recommend you to save barrier for p3 after 2nd elementalist is dead.
You should go to the phase with at least 80% of mana (during our first kill i had 90%+ and potion was already used). Try not to burn all of your mana at the beginning. PW:S low-HP people, PoM and Cascade on cooldown, AA on cooldown. Tank damage is higher than in P2, be mindful of that.
Raid is stacked under the boss, people with Melt should gtfo. Bloodlust buff fades at around 40-30% of the boss, basically if you are able to make it to this point and your resto shaman has mana and Ascendance, it's a kill.
I'd like to emphasize that people with fixate from Slag Elementals should move away from the clump and stay 10-15 yards from their Elemental. The tooltip is wrong, spell which Slags are casting on you causes AoE damage, but as long as you are 10-15 yards away from the elemental, he won't cast at you. It worked for us.
Overall really good encounter, requires some mana management and good raid coordination.
11/10 would blast again

Ok, we changed the p1 strategy but I'm really not sure how you're conserving that much mana for p3. :/

We wait with the first mind control until the 1st engineer has thrown 4 bombs, I land my MC just after his 4th throw as the CD doesn't trigger. 4 bombs out, break MC, immediately kill the engineer and our hunter uses deterrence to quickly spam the bag away. At this point I wait for the 2nd engineer to cast one more bomb, and MC him right after, 4 bombs again and 3 more for the hunter after killing the 2nd engineer after the MC breaks.
At this point, your raid should have gotten the 3rd Bellows operator under 50%, they should then kill the 3rd engineer that spawned and cooperatively take the bombs out. It's somewhat important you don't do this exactly as the MC ends as you will have 2 bags to deal with and will most certainly cleave eachother with the bombs.
Now, if all goes perfect, the 4th engineer will have thrown 1 or 2 bombs already and those will all add up to a dead Regulator. This wasn't always the case, so often I'd immediately mind control the high-health 4th engineer and cast the last 1-2 bombs needed.
Our quickest try was with 12s left before the 4th operator, where everything went perfect and I also MCd the 4th one.
A good trick: once you MC an engineer, he cannot die. DoTs are your friend, he can drop to 1hp all the way from 10% even, and then you can instagib him when the MC breaks.

Any tips appreciated!

The boss will be kind of high on health at the start of ph2 since the 1st phase is so much shorter, so he only dies after we nuked the 1st elementalist.
having only 1 priest in phase 2 is fine as well, I usually grab 1 guard that is still alive from ph1 to hit the first slag elemental that spawns.
If you do this early enough you can grab another guard from those that are left from ph1 and use that to hit the 2nd slag, but it seemed to work fine for us if I just took the first guard that spawns in ph2 immediately. (but that does mean your tank has an enraged guard on him for quite a while).

We got a spriest and mc'd only the first Engineer P1. Spriest handled p2 MCs.
